A Cozy Corner with Crêpes at Little Breizh in Paris

This little jewel drenched in Grand Marnier and adorned with candied orange peel is the Crêpe Suzette from Little Breizh in Paris. It is a highly recommended antidote to jet lag, especially when accompanied by a bitter shot of espresso and the sight of the crêpe set aflame in all its golden glory. Nestled in Little Breizh, you will feel like a pampered French kitten, lapping up your treats and peering out the window onto Rue Grégoire de Tours, a sleepy little street in the heart of Saint Germain des Pres.

Sweet History : According to reports, this crêpe received its name, Suzette, when Henri Charpentier — then an assistant waiter in 1895 at the Café de Paris in Monte Carlo — mistakenly set a sauce on fire, but the guest, the Prince of Wales, enjoyed it so much he named it after a young girl in his group, Suzette.
